Reimbursement provided for specialty certifications! We encourage you to work towards board certification in Orthopedics, Geriatrics, Neurology or any specialty of your choice that helps us provide exceptional care.

About Our Culture
Our culture is entrepreneurial, and some of our therapists dream of opening their own practice. We welcome this and early in your career, we can start laying the groundwork for you step into a leadership role as director of a location.
Many of our current directors started with us as students. Other directors started with us as new grads and were rapidly promoted to the director level, due to the rapid growth of our company in the past few years.
We anticipate those accelerated leadership opportunities to continue. Additionally, the vast majority of our regional directors have been promoted from within the company.
